1. Services

SimplyPaperless provides software and online services designed to assist organizations with document management, workflow automation, record tracking, notifications, and related administrative functions through the GovTracks platform and other services we may offer.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information current.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of our services.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the services.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials provided by SimplyPaperless remain the property of SimplyPaperless or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. SMS Communications (GovTracks)

GovTracks may send SMS text messages to users who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and expressly opt in to receive text communications.

These messages may include:

  • Account notifications

  • Workflow updates

  • Document status updates

  • Verification messages

  • Administrative alerts

  • Other account-related communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive these SMS communications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and factors outside the control of SimplyPaperless.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that our services will meet every user's specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyPaperless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses a security or legal risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
